Assistant Manager
As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the manager with store operations including checkout, merchandising, layout, product inventory, bookkeeping, and maintenance. In addition you will supervise and execute food programs/food safety, control cash and merchandise shrinkage, hire/supervise/train personnel and ensure quality customer service
Qualified candidates must possess:
• Strong customer service
• Communicate effectively with customers, management, associates, and vendors
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work with deadlines
• Previous Retail Management experience
• High School or Equivalent Required. College preferred.
• Detail-oriented
• Able to lift at least 60 lbs., bend/kneel/squat, work in a cooler/freezer, and use an extention ladder
