Responsibilities;
- Maintain, service and carry out detailed modelling of RMBS deals.
- Assist in the development & enhancements of a new Investor Reporting System.
- Ensure all Real Estate Backed Securities deals are paid, including new mortgage funding, IPD's, Swaps & collateral payments are adhered to in a timely manner.
- Build & Maintain excellent relationships with clients.
Requirements;
- Excellent understanding of RMBS products & securitisation market.
- Strong knowledge of modelling and amending RMBS deals.
- Exposure in liaising with clients.
- Strong Word & Excel skills.
- Exposure to Loan IQ.
