Job Description:
 Extensive Quickbooks skills are required, as 90% of the role will involve Quickbooks use.
Please do not apply if you cannot meet this requirement.

For up to 6 months: Book keeping duties @ 2 full days per week.
Avg. $15 per hour NEGOTIABLE depending on experience.

After 6 months: Financial Controller @ 4-5 days per week.
Pay increase will be negotiable depending on performance.

Bookkeeper tasks include:
General data entry of Bills, Payments
Bank reconciling
Processing all company payables to ensure timely payment including instructing head office when to pay certain accounts
Assist the company CPA in state and federal tax preparations (Quarterly and Annually)
Coordinate status of company payables with Manager and Head Office
Monitor and assist with control of company budget
Payroll processing
